Contact form data is collected so that requests contained n the contact form submission can be acted upon. Names and Working with Children numbers and expiry dates are collected in a database not available to website users other than authorised administrators.

How long we retain your data

Working With Children data will be purged on occasion to remove information of Sailability NSW members who  have resigned or have deceased.

Suggested text: If you are a Sailability NSW member, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Any data errors can be brought to the attention of Sailability NSW so that the errors may be corrected.
